- Cased Up must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 business days after the order's delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we've received the exchanged item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
